MKZ Engineering provides civil, structural, and mechanical engineering consulting services in Western Australia. The scope, fees, and deliverables for each engagement will be set out in a written proposal or engagement letter.
Nothing on this Site constitutes engineering advice for any specific project. You should engage our services directly for project-specific engineering solutions.

All engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and reports remain the intellectual property of MKZ Engineering unless expressly assigned by written agreement. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for the purpose for which they were created.
Our engineering services are provided in accordance with the standard of care expected of a competent engineering professional. We maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the scope of our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where services are provided to a consumer, consumer guarantees apply.
Subject to clause 8, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
You agree to indemnify MKZ Engineering from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our deliverables, or provision of inaccurate project information.
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received in connection with an engagement. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation, and if necessary, the courts of Western Australia.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
